Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 1–7 business days. Please note that no shipments will be made during weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
PO Box Addresses:
Shipments to PO boxes can only be accepted within the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Times:
Shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country during or after shipment. Preach Glow is not responsible for these additional fees, and any charges applied shall be the customer's obligation.
Accurate Shipping Information:
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if incorrect shipping address information is provided.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact customer support immediately at support@preachglow.com
You must contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we attempt to ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
