Orders & Products
1.How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, select your size or options where applicable, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is processed.
2.Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout right after your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
3.Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@preachglow.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered processing yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you're covered by our return policy.
3.Are your product images accurate?
Yes. We aim to show each product as it actually is. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but the item you receive will match what's described on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
5.Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
6.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order requirement.
7.When will my order ship?
Order handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after our 2:00 PM CST cutoff are processed the next business day.
8.How long does delivery take?
After handling, transit time is typically 3–5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–7 business days.
9.Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
10.How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package anytime using the Track Your Order link in our footer.
11.What if my order is delayed or lost?
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at support@preachglow.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package and make it right.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
12.What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
14.Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
15.Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free — we cover it. For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost, and original shipping is non-refundable.
16.How do I start a return?
Email support@preachglow.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return authorization and clear instructions on where and how to send your item.
17.When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method. It typically takes up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
18.Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, email us at support@preachglow.com and we'll help arrange a quick exchange.
19.Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable. Any such item is clearly marked as non-returnable on its product page.

20.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
21.What currency are prices in?
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
22.Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no extra transaction fees for choosing a particular payment method. Any applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
23.Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
